By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tofu, Mushrooms Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Scrambled Tofu With Mushrooms 2 cups Tofu grated 1 1/2 tablespoons Mushrooms 2 cloves Garlic sliced 3-4 Baby onions sliced 8-10 Button mushrooms 3-4 Fresh red chillies sliced 2 Green chillies sliced 2 Spring onions sliced 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Black salt (kala namak) 1 medium Tomato chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, baby onions and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add mushrooms and toss. Add fresh red chillies, green chillies and continue to Add spring onions with chopped greens and continue to sauté. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and sauté. Add grated tofu, garam masala powder and black salt and mix gently. Add tomato and coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with bread or toast.
