Ingredients
- 15-16 srimps, deveined and poached
- 2 avocados, cut into small pieces
- 2 medium cucumbers, peelef anf cut into small pieces
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- 1 iceberg lettuce head
Method
- Mix together mayonnaise, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.
- Add avocado, shrimps and cucumbers and mix well.
- Serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce.
