Ingredients for Seb Kachumber Recipe

  • Apple cored cut into ½ inch cubes 2 medium

  • Almonds crushed 12-15

  • Yogurt 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Rock salt (sendha namak) 1/2 teaspoon

  • Dates seeded & quartered 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh mint leaves torn 6


Step 1

Add lemon juice to the apple cubes and mix well so that they do not get discoloured.

Step 2

Mix together yogurt, almonds and rock salt in a bowl. Add the apple cubes and quartered dates and mix well.Chill in the refrigerator.Serve chilled garnished with torn mint leaves.
