Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, cored cut into ½ inch cubes
- 12-15 almonds, crushed
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon rock salt (sendha namak)
- 2 tablespoons seeded & quartered dates
- 6 fresh mint leaves, torn
Method
- Add lemon juice to the apple cubes and mix well so that they do not get discoloured.
- Mix together yogurt, almonds and rock salt in a bowl. Add the apple cubes and quartered dates and mix well.Chill in the refrigerator.Serve chilled garnished with torn mint leaves.
