Ingredients list for Sesame Crisps
- ½ cup White sesame seeds toasted
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- ¼ teaspoon Almonds
- ¼ teaspoon Cashewnuts
- ? teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 4 tablespoons Honey
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with silicon sheet.
- Grind together the almonds and cashewnuts to a semi-coarse mixture and transfer in a bowl.
- Add the sesame seeds and cardamom powder, mix well and set aside for five minutes.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add the honey and mix well. Add the sesame mixture and mix well.
- Divide the prepared sesame mixture into sixteen equal portions and place them on the silicon sheet. Lightly flatten them.
- Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight to ten minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- Serve or store in an airtight container.
