Ingredients list for Soya Granule Rice
- 1 cup Soya granules soaked in hot water
 - 1 cup Basmati rice soaked for ½ hour
 - 2 tablespoons Oil
 - 2 stick Cinnamon
 - 3-4 Cloves
 - 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
 - 3 medium Onions chopped
 - 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - to taste Salt
 - 2 1/2 cups Milk
 - 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
 - 1 sprig Fresh coriander leaves
 
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds and saute till fragrant. Add onions and saute for 2 minutes. Drain and add soya granules and mix and saute for 2 minutes.
 - Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and saute. Add salt and drained rice and mix well gently.Add milk and ½ cup water and mix. Add garam masala powder and mix.
 - When the mixture comes to a boil, cover and cook on medium heat till the rice is done. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
