Ingredients 

  • 100 grams soya granules soaked
  • ¼ cup green peas blanched
  • 2 medium potatoes boiled & peeled
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • Onion rings to serve
  • Tomato ketchup to serve

Method

  1. Soak the soya granules in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Grate the boiled potatoes into a bowl, add green peas, soya granules, breadcrumbs, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chillies, garam masala powder, salt and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cylindrical kebabs.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, place the kebabs in it and shallow-fry, turning sides, till golden brown all around. Drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Arrange the kebabs on a serving platter and serve with onion rings and tomato ketchup.
