Ingredients list for Soya bean halwa

  • 250 grams Soya bean soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1/4 litre Milk
  • 100 grams Khoya/mawa
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan. Add crushed soya bean and saute for two to three minutes.
  2. Add milk and stir to mix. Cook till the mixture gets dry.Add khoya, sugar and green cardamom powder.
  3. Mix well and cook for another five to seven minutes. Serve hot.
