Ingredients

  • 150 grams spaghetti, boiled
  • 2-3 Italian sausages, cut into diamonds
  • 1 small green capsicum, cut into small squares
  • 1 small red capsicum, cut into small squares
  • 1 small yellow capsicum, cut into small squares
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • 4 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese 
  • 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese 
  • Finely chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add green, red and yellow capsicums, sausages and mix well.
  2. Add salt, pepper powder and mix. Add cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mix and cook for a minute.
  3. Add spaghetti, mix well and let it get heated through.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
