Ingredients list for Spiced Nuts - Diwali Special
- 2 cups Walnut kernels
- 1 cup Pistachios
- 1 cup Almonds
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 50°C. Roast the nuts in the preheated oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes or till crunchy. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Melt the sugar in a non-stick pan with few drops of water till it turns golden. Add paprika and chilli powder and mix well.
- Add the roasted nuts and mix till well coated. Remove from heat and cool.
- Serve or store in an airtight container.
