Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 100 grams spicy chicken sausgae
- 1 medium red capsicum
- 1 medium yellow capsicum
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5-6 black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-2 brown bread slices
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- A few iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1 small onion, sliced
Method
- Grease red and yellow capsicums and roast them along with garlic cloves on the bar-be-cue. Also roast the chicken sausages and halved lemon.
- Slice the chicken breast thinly and sprinkle salt on both the sides. Take a little olive oil in a plate and dip the chicken pieces in it.
- Press crushed black peppercorns on both sides of the chicken slices. Sprinkle a little more olive oil.
- Place them on the bar-be-cue and roast. Also roast the brown bread slices on the bar-be-cue. Chop the red and yellow capsicums into big triangles. Cut the bread slices into big pieces.
- For the dressing mix Tabasco sauce and fresh cream in a bowl.
