Spicy Chicken And Sausage Salad

Ingredients 

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 100 grams spicy chicken sausgae
  • 1 medium red capsicum
  • 1 medium yellow capsicum
  • 3-4 garlic cloves 
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5-6 black peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1-2 brown bread slices
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  • A few iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 small onion, sliced

Method

  1. Grease red and yellow capsicums and roast them along with garlic cloves on the bar-be-cue. Also roast the chicken sausages and halved lemon.
  2. Slice the chicken breast thinly and sprinkle salt on both the sides. Take a little olive oil in a plate and dip the chicken pieces in it.
  3. Press crushed black peppercorns on both sides of the chicken slices. Sprinkle a little more olive oil.
  4. Place them on the bar-be-cue and roast. Also roast the brown bread slices on the bar-be-cue. Chop the red and yellow capsicums into big triangles. Cut the bread slices into big pieces.
  5. For the dressing mix Tabasco sauce and fresh cream in a bowl.
