Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and cut into thick slices
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into cubes
- 3 pineapple slices
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium ripe mango, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
Method
- In a bowl mix together honey, salt, oil and vinegar. Toss the cucumber, tomatoes, pineapple, onion and mango in it.
- Arrange on a serving platter and refrigerate it for four hours.
Serve chilled.
