Ingredients
- 2 Fresh red chillies
 - 2 Boneless chicken
 - 4 cups Chicken stock
 - 1 tin Creamed sweet corn
 - 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
 - 2 medium Onions finely chopped
 - 8-10 cloves Garlic
 - to taste Salt
 - 2 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into cubes
 - 1 stalk Spring onion greens
 - 1 tablespoon Cream
 
Method
- Heat chicken stock in a deep non stick pan, add cream style sweet corn and mix well.
 - Heat extra virgin olive oil in another non stick pan, add onions and sauté.
 - Add garlic and sauté. Add chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add salt to both chicken and sweet corn mixture and mix.
 - Continue to sauté chicken, add potatoes and mix and cook till the chicken is done.
 - Add fresh red chillies and mix. Roughly chop spring onion greens.
Add cream to the chicken and mix well. - Transfer into a serving bowl.
Pour the corn soup over, garnish with spring onion greens and serve piping hot.
