Ingredients list for Spinach and Chickpeas in Broth

  • 1 bunch Spinach chopped
  • 2 cups Chickpeas boiled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped cloves
  • 2 cups Chicken stock
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Parmesan cheese grated

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan add garlic and saute for a minute. Add chick peas, chicken stock, salt and black pepper powder and saute for a minute. Let it simmer for five minutes.
  2. Add spinach and cook for another five minutes.
  3. Serve hot garnish with parmesam cheese.
