Ingredients
- 1 bunch spinach, chopped
- 2 cups chickpeas, boiled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic cloves chopped
- 2 cups chicken stock
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add garlic and saute for a minute. Add chick peas, chicken stock, salt and black pepper powder and saute for a minute. Let it simmer for five minutes.
- Add spinach and cook for another five minutes.
- Serve hot garnish with parmesam cheese.
