Ingredients list for Split Milk Uttapam
- 1 cup Split milk
- 5 tablespoons Semolina (rawa/suji)
- 2 tablespoons Scraped coconut
- 2 tablespoons Ginger chopped
- 2 tablespoons Onion chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar Free
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- for cooking Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Sichuan sauce
Method
- For making the batter, put split milk in a bowl, add semolina, coconut, ginger, onion, garlic, salt, sugar free, coriander leaves and milk and mix well.
- Heat a little oil in a non stick pan, pour a small portion of the batter and spread to a small uttapam. Cover and cook till underside is done. Spread Sichuan sauce and serve hot.
