Ingredients list for Split Milk Uttapam

  • 1 cup Split milk
  • 5 tablespoons Semolina (rawa/suji)
  • 2 tablespoons Scraped coconut
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Free
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • for cooking Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan sauce

Method

  1. For making the batter, put split milk in a bowl, add semolina, coconut, ginger, onion, garlic, salt, sugar free, coriander leaves and milk and mix well.
  2. Heat a little oil in a non stick pan, pour a small portion of the batter and spread to a small uttapam. Cover and cook till underside is done. Spread Sichuan sauce and serve hot.
