Sprout Soup By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Jul 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mixed sprouts, Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Soups Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sprout Soup 1/4 cup Mixed sprouts boiled 1 tablespoon Butter 1 teaspoon Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped 1/4 cup Onion chopped 1/4 cup Tomatoes chopped 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Shredded cabbage 2 cups Vegetable stock to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Sugar 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped a pinch White pepper powder Method Heat butter in a non stick pan, add garlic, ginger and cook till golden brown. Add onions and saute till light brown. Add tomato puree and cook for a minute. Add red chilli powder, mixed sprouts, cabbage saute for a minute and add vegetable stock, salt and sugar and let it simmer for fifteen to twenty minutes.
