Ingredients for Stir Fried Squids - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Squids large, cleaned and cut into rings 4

  • Oil 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Garlic chopped 2 teaspoons

  • Ginger chopped 1/2 teaspoon

  • Onion small, cut into dices 1

  • Green chillies slit 2-3

  • Mixed coloured capsicums chopped 1/4 cup

  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

  • Butter 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Take squid rings in a bowl, sprinkle salt and turmeric powder and mix well.

Step 2

Add garlic and ginger and sauté for a few seconds. Add onion and sauté till translucent.

Step 3

Add the squid rings, green chillies and mixed capsicums and toss on high heat.

Step 4

Add a little salt and lemon juice and toss again. Add butter and toss till the butter melts. Cook for 1-2 minutes and take it off heat.

Step 5

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
