Ingredients list for Sukhdi
- 250 grams Whole wheat flour
 - Ghee 250 grams + to grease
 - 200 grams Jaggery grated
 
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add whole wheat flour and sauté on a medium heat till it turns golden brown in colour.
 - Switch of the heat and add jaggery, mix well.
 - Grease a mithai tray with ghee. Pour the prepared mixture in the tray and allow to cool down.
 - Once set cut into squares and serve.
