When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Supreme Chicken Recipe

  • Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces 500 grams

  • Oil 2 tablespoon

  • Sambhar onions grated 15

  • Tomato pureed 2 medium

  • Red chilli powder 3/4 tablespoon

  • Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tablespoon

  • Black peppercorns 10-12

  • Cinnamon 1 inch piece

  • Clove 2

  • Green cardamom 1

  • Dry red chilies 1

  • Green chilli 1

  • Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon

  • Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 teaspoon

  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing


Step 1

Grind together ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, black peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, dry red chillies. Green chilli, cumin seeds and fennel seeds and grind to a smooth paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add tomatoes and saute till it gets cooked. Add onions, salt and the ground paste and saute for five minutes. Add chicken and cook for two to three minutes. Add coconut mil and cook on low heat till the chicken gets cooked.

Step 3

Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
