Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Cook time : 31-40 minutes

Ingredients for Suva Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

  • Boneless Chicken Breast halved horizontally and sliced diagonally 2

  • Dill Leaves finely chopped 1 cup

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Green chilli sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Ginger finely chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • White sesame seeds (safed til) 1 tablespoon

  • Onion 1 large

  • Green capsicum 1 medium

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Place chicken slices in a bowl, add green chilli sauce and rub well. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes to marinate.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and white sesame seeds and sauté till golden.

Step 3

Cube onion and green capsicum, add to the pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Step 4

Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook on high heat, stirring continuously, for 3-4 minutes. Add dill leaves and salt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
