Ingredients
- ½ cup dried sweet corn kernels
- ½ cup sugar
- Sea salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons oil
Method
- Heat a non-stick deep pan, add corn in the centre and sprinkle sugar around it. Sprinkle salt and drizzle oil over these.
- Cover and cook till all the corn kernels have popped. Shake the pan occasionally to avoid burning the sugar.
- Transfer into individual serving cups and serve.
