This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Jan 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sweet corn (cream style) , Crab meat Cuisine Fusion Course Soups Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Sweetcorn Crabmeat Soup 2 1/2 cups Sweet corn (cream style) 3 tablespoons Crab meat cooked 3 cups Chicken stock 2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder 1 tablespoon Sugar 2 Egg whites for garnish Spring onion greens chopped Method Boil chicken stock in a non stick pan. Mix cornstarch with ¼ cup water till smooth. Mix salt, pepper powder, ½ tbsp sugar and little water in another bowl. Add cream style corn to the boiling stock and mix well.Add sugar-pepper mixture and cornstarch mixture. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Adjust salt and add remaining sugar. Mix well and cook till comes to a boil.Beat egg whites and add. Mix well. Add crabmeat and mix again. Cook for 1 minute.
