Ingredients list for Tawa Pulao
- 3 cups Cooked rice leftover
- 1 cup Leftover bhaji of pav bhaji
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Heat oil on a tawa. Add cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour add onions and sauté till they are lightly browned.
- Add red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala stir for a minute. Add leftover bhaji, green peas, capsicum pieces and salt.
- Add leftover rice, mix well and cook till dry, stirring continuously.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
