Method

  1. Put tomatoes in boiling water for few minutes. Cool them down to room temperature, peel and chop roughly.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan, add tomatoes, malt vinegar, ginger, onion, raisins, sugar, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and cook for forty to forty-five minutes.
  4. Serve immediately or bring down to room temperature, put into a jar and store in a refrigerator for eight to ten days.
