Halve the melon and remove the seeds from one half. Further cut it into big pieces. Put both tomatoes and melon into a mixer jar. Tear bread slice and add along with salt, black pepper powder, basil leaves, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice and ½ cup chilled water and blend till smooth. Add extra virgin olive oil and blend for some more time. Strain into a bowl. Place the curly parsley in the centre of a serving bowl and pour the soup all around it and serve. You can also pour into individual shot glasses. Chill and serve.
