Vegetable Clear Soup This mixed vegetable soup is very refreshing. By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Carrot, Chinese cabbage Cuisine Chinese Course Soups Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Vegetable Clear Soup 1/2 medium Carrot 4-6 leaves Chinese cabbage cut into 1 inch pieces 1 medium Red capsicum cut into 1 inch pieces 8-10 Snow peas halved 6-8 Mushrooms sliced 4-5 cup Vegetable stock 2-3 cloves Garlic crushed 1 stalk Celery diagonally sliced 1 Spring onion bulb sliced 1/4 teaspoon MSG 5-6 Black peppercorns crushed to taste Salt 1/2 cup Bean sprouts 1 teaspoon Lemon juice Method Cut the carrot into two lengthways. Cut it further into thin slices. Heat the vegetable stock in a wok or a pan, add the garlic and bring to a boil. Add the carrot, Chinese cabbage, red capsicum, snow peas, mushroom, celery and spring onion and cook for two or three minutes. Add the MSG, crushed peppercorns, salt and bean sprouts.
