By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Ghee Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Vratwali Aloo Rassa Sabzi 5 medium Potatoes , boiled, peeled and mashed 1 tablespoon Ghee 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Red chilli powdefr to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Sugar 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts , powdered 2 tablespoons Fresh coconut , scraped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves , chopped to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and once they start to change colour, lower the heat and add red chilli powder, salt, sugar and mix well. Add boiled potatoes and mix well. Add powdered peanuts, coconut and coriander leaves and mix well. Add 2 cups water and mix and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
