Watermelon and Papaya Salad This refreshing fruit salad combines juicy watermelon balls, sweet papaya scoops, and tangy raw mango strips, complemented by a hint of green chili and fresh mint. By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Sep 2019 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Medium watermelon, Papaya scoops Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 1/2 medium medium watermelon 1 cup papaya scoops 1/2 raw mango 1 green chilli 15-20 fresh mint leaves + for garnishing 1 lemon Salt to taste 2 teaspoons lemon juice Method Scoop out small balls from the watermelon with a Parisienne scoop and put them into a bowl. Add papaya scoops. Peel and cut ½ raw mango into thin slices and further into thin strips. Finely chop together green chilli and mint leaves and add to the same bowl. Grate the rind of a lemon and add. Add raw mango strips reserving some for garnishing. Add salt and lemon juice and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with reserved mango strips and mint leaves and serve chilled.
