Ingredients list for Winter Paneer
- 250 grams Paneer 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons French Beans
- 1 Green chilli
- 10-12 French beans cut into diamonds
- 2 medium Carrot cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1 medium Onion cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add green chilliesand when it starts spluttering add french beans, carrots and saute for a minute.
- Add onions and cook till vegetables are cooked. Add soya sauce, black pepper powder, salt and tomato ketchup and saute for a minute.
- Serve hot.
