By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Potatoes, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Aloo Bharta - SK Khazana 3 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/2 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger chopped 1-2 Green chillies chopped 3-4 Spring onions with greens chopped 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Kitchen king masala 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Salt 1/2 teaspoon Dried mango powder for garnish Spring onion green chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and allow them to change colour. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies and spring onions, mix well and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Kitchen King Masala, mix well and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Grate the potatoes and add to the pan. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Cook for 1 minute. Add coriander leaves, salt and dried mango powder, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Take it off the heat.
