By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole chicken, Dried red chillies Cuisine Andhra Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 2.30-3 hour Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Andhra Chilli Chicken - SK Khazana 750 grams Whole chicken cut into 2 breasts and 2 leg pieces on the bone 10-12 Dried red chillies 1 tablespo teaspoons Lemon juice to taste Salt 2 inches Ginger 7-8 Garlic cloves 10-15 Curry leaves 1/2 cup Yogurt for dusting Refined flour (maida) 2 tablespoons Oil to serve Onion rings to serve Lemon slices Method Make some slits on all the chicken pieces and put them in a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and salt and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Blend together ginger, garlic, curry leaves, dried red chillies, remaining lemon juice and sufficient water to a fine paste. Add this paste to the chicken along with yogurt and salt and mix well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours. Dust the marinated chicken pieces with flour. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Place the chicken pieces in it and cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes. Flip, cover and cook till fully done.
