By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jan 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole wheat flour, Almonds Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Atta Badam Laddoo - SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup Almonds 4 teaspoons Ghee 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1 cup Powdered sugar 1/2 cup Melted ghee to garnish Almond slivers Method Heat 1 tsp ghee in a non-stick pan, add almonds and saute till lightly browned. Transfer into a plate and set aside to cool. Heat remaining ghee in the same non-stick pan, add flour and saute for 7-8 minutes or till lightly browned. Transfer into a bowl and set aside. Put the almonds into a blender jar and blend it to a fine powder. Add this to the flour along with green cardamom powder, powdered sugar and melted ghee and mix well.
