Ingredients list for Atta Badam Laddoo - SK Khazana

  • 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 4 teaspoons Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Melted ghee
  • to garnish Almond slivers

Method

  1. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a non-stick pan, add almonds and saute till lightly browned. Transfer into a plate and set aside to cool.
  2. Heat remaining ghee in the same non-stick pan, add flour and saute for 7-8 minutes or till lightly browned. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
  3. Put the almonds into a blender jar and blend it to a fine powder.
  4. Add this to the flour along with green cardamom powder, powdered sugar and melted ghee and mix well.
  5. Shape the mixture into equal medium sized laddoos and garnish with almond slivers. Serve.
