Ingredients for Baked Pomfret With Green Apple Recipe

  • Pomfret Fillets 2

  • Green Apple 1

  • Almonds 10

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup

  • Extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Garlic cloves 2-3

  • Ginger roughly chopped 50 grams

  • Green chillies roughly chopped 2

Method

Step 1

Roughly chop green apple and put into a mixture jar.

Step 2

Chop almonds and add along with coriander leaves, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, ginger and green chillies and grind into fine paste.

Step 3

Preheat oven at 180° C. Apply the mixture over the pomfret fillets and keep them in the refrigerator to marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Place the fish in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
