Ingredients list for Baked Pomfret With Green Apple

  • 2 Pomfret Fillets
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 10 Almonds
  • 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Sea salt
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 50 grams Ginger roughly chopped
  • 2 Green chillies roughly chopped

Method

  1. Roughly chop green apple and put into a mixture jar.
  2. Chop almonds and add along with coriander leaves, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, ginger and green chillies and grind into fine paste.
  3. Preheat oven at 180° C. Apply the mixture over the pomfret fillets and keep them in the refrigerator to marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the fish in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
