Ingredients list for Baked Pomfret With Green Apple
- 2 Pomfret Fillets
- 1 Green Apple
- 10 Almonds
- 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- to taste Sea salt
- 2-3 Garlic cloves
- 50 grams Ginger roughly chopped
- 2 Green chillies roughly chopped
Method
- Roughly chop green apple and put into a mixture jar.
- Chop almonds and add along with coriander leaves, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, ginger and green chillies and grind into fine paste.
- Preheat oven at 180° C. Apply the mixture over the pomfret fillets and keep them in the refrigerator to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Place the fish in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
