Ingredients 

  • 2 cups hung yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium red apple, deseeded and cut into small pieces
  • Cornflakes as required
  • Chopped pistachios as required
  • Slivered almonds as required

Method

  1. Mix together hung yogurt and honey in a bowl and fill a piping bag with it. 
  2. Pipe out some yogurt-honey mixture, 1 tablespoon banana, 1 tablespoon apple in individual serving cups. Again pipe out some hung yogurt-honey and put 2-3 tablespoons cornflakes on top. 
  3. Put with some pistachios and almonds on top. Pipe out some yogurt-honey and drizzle some honey on top.
  4. Serve garnished with some pistachios.
