Heat Nutralite in Wonderchef Galaxy Pan, add garlic and sauté till brown. Add onions and sauté. Add French beans, cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well. Add salt and cooked rice. Sprinkle ¼ cup water, add garlic paste and mix well. Finely chop green garlic stalks and add and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
