Cajun Spiced Fish with Grape Salsa Marinated fish fillets sprinkled with Cajun spice, pan-fried and served with grape salsa. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fish fillets, Cajun spice Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cajun Spiced Fish with Grape Salsa 4 Fish fillets basa, cut into two 2 tablespoons Cajun spice to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns Lemon juice of ¼ lemon 3-4 Fresh basil leaves 2 teaspoons Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon Oil to serve Lemon slices Grape salsa ½ cup Black grapes cubes 1 medium Onion 1 Green chilli Lemon juice of ¼ lemon to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce Method Place Basa fillets in a bowl, add salt, crushed peppercorns and lemon juice. Roughly chop basil leaves and add along with garlic and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. To make grape salsa, take grapes in a bowl. Finely chop onion and green chilli and add. Add lemon juice, salt, crushed peppercorns and Tabasco sauce and mix well. Set aside. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Cajun spice on marinated fish fillets and put them in the pan, spiced side down. Lower heat, sprinkle remaining Cajun spice on the other side of the fish fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
