Ingredients list for Chana Chor Garam Chaat

  • as required Chana chor garam
  • 1 1/2 cups Kale chane boiled
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 medium Raw mango finely chopped
  • to taste Chaat masala
  • as required Garlic sev

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick kadai. Add cumin seeds, green chillies and cook. Add chane and sauté lightly on low heat.
  2. Add bay leaf, coriander powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt and dried mango powder and sauté on low heat.
  3. Chop coriander leaveds and add. Add salt and mix. Transfer the chane mixture into drones.
  4. Sprinkle lemon juice, onion, tomato, raw mango, chaat masala, garlic sev and chana chor garam over it.
