By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chana jor garam, Onion Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 2 cups chana jor garam ¼ cup onion finely chopped ¼ cup tomato finely chopped ¾ cup sprouted brown Bengal gram, boiled 1-2 green chillies finely chopped Black salt to taste ½ teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala ½ teaspoon dried mango powder 2 tablespoons raw mango finely chopped 1 tablespoon lemon juice Nylon sev as required Fresh coriander leaves chopped as required Method Take chana jor garam in a mixing bowl, add onions, tomatoes, brown Bengal gram, green chillies, black salt, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder, raw mango and lemon juice and mix well.
