Ingredients for Cheesy Bread Pakora Recipe

  • Mozzarella cheese 50 grams

  • French bread 1

  • Garlic finely chopped ½ teaspoon

  • Butter softened ½ teaspoon

  • Red chillies crushed 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Parsley sprigs 2-3


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Take butter in a bowl. Add garlic, crushed red chillies and salt and mix well.

Step 3

Chop parsley sprigs and add. Mix well.

Step 4

Cut bread into thick slices. Apply garlic butter on each slice and place them on a baking tray.

Step 5

Grate mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on top of the buttered bread slices. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or till the cheese melts.

Step 6

Serve immediately.
