By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Processed cheese block, Bread slices Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 8 bread slices 1 cup gram flour 2 teaspoons coriander powder 2 teaspoons red chilli powder ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspoons cumin powder Salt to taste 4 tablespoons oil ½ cup shredded cabbage Finely chopped onion as required Finely chopped tomato as required Finely chopped capsicum as required 100 grams processed cheese block Tomato ketchup to serve Method In a bowl, add gram flour, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, mix well. Add 2 cups of water and whisk well. For making one portion, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan, dip two bread slices in the prepared mixture and place it on the hot oil. Cook till golden brown on both sides. Add a portion of shredded cabbage, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, grate 25 grams cheese on top of one bread slice. Cover it with the other slice of bread and press it. Cook for 30 seconds on each side.
