By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Chicken Crispy Main Ingredients Boneless chicken strips, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips 1 tablespoon oil + for deep-frying Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste 3-4 tablespoons cornstarch 1 egg 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 inch celery, finely chopped 2-3 spring onion bulbs, sliced 1 cup mixed capsicum strips (green, red and yellow) 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons diagonally sliced spring onion greens + for garnishing Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Put chicken strips on a plate. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, egg and cornstarch and mix well. Put chicken strips in hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and celery and sauté till garlic turns golden brown. Add spring onion bulbs, mixed capsicum strips, red chilli sauce and soy sauce and sauté for 1 minute. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and fried chicken strips, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add spring onion greens and mix well.
