By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken strips, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Crispy 1 cup Boneless chicken strips 1 tbsp+ to deep fry Oil to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns , crushed 1 Egg yolk 2 tablespoons Cornflour 1 tablespoon Garlic , chopped 1 teaspoon Celery , chopped 2 tablespoons Spring onion bulbs , sliced 1 cup Mixed capsicums (red, green, yellow) strips 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce 2 tbsps + to garnish Spring onion greens , diagonally sliced Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take chicken strips in a bowl, add salt, crushed peppercorns, egg yolk and cornflour and mix well. Gently slide in the chicken strips into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, celery, spring onion bulbs, mixed capsicum strips, red chilli sauce and soy sauce, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and fried chicken strips, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add spring onion greens and mix well.
