Chicken Mince Nuggets Shallow fried tasty chicken keema nuggets This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Mince Nuggets 250 grams Chicken mince 3 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) 2 cloves Garlic a few sprigs Fresh coriander leaves to deep fry Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 medium Onion 1 Egg shell 3 tablespoons Oil 1/2 cup Corn flakes 1 cup Bread crumbs Method Roughly chop onion and put into a mixer jar.Add garlic, coriander leaves, chicken keema, salt and pepper powder and grind till well blended. Transfer into a bowl and keep in the freezer for a while. Whisk refined flour and egg together in a bowl. Add salt and whisk till smooth. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Crush cornflakes and mix with breadcrumbs in a plate. Take the keema out of the freezer, shape into small nuggets, dip them in flour-egg mixture, roll in cornflakes-breadcrumb mixture and press them lightly. You can keep them in the refrigerator for a few minutes and then place them in the non stick pan and cook till the underside is golden. Turn over and cook till the other side is equally browned. Serve hot with chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
