By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Pitted Green Olives Cuisine French Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Noisette 2 Boneless chicken breasts cut into strips as required Pitted Green Olives to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs dried ½ teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon Mustard paste 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons Oil Method Place chicken strips in a bowl, add salt, pepper powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, mustard paste and garlic and mix well. Add olive oil and mix again. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Take each chicken strip, place 1 green olive in the centre, roll and seal with a toothpick. Heat oil a non-stick grill pan. Place chicken noisettes and grill till the chicken is cooked and evenly done from all sides. Serve hot.
