Chicken Peach Salad This hearty salad features shredded grilled chicken breasts combined with juicy peach wedges, sprouted green gram, and moth beans. By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Jun 2021 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Grilled chicken breasts, Peaches Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 2 grilled chicken breasts 2-3 peaches , halved, seeded and cut into wedges 1/2 cup green gram , sprouted 1//2 cup moth , sprouted 10-12 baby spinach leaves 1 medium white onion , sliced Dressing 2-3 teaspoons dijon mustard paste 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mixed herbs Salt to taste 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes Black pepper powder to taste 1 tablespoon vinegar 2-3 tablespoons olive oil Method Put grilled chicken breasts in a bowl and shred. Add peaches, sprouted green gram, sprouted moth, baby spinach leaves and onion. To prepare dressing, take Dijon mustard paste in a jar, add fresh mixed herbs, salt, chilli flakes, pepper powder, vinegar and olive oil and blend with an electric hand blender into a smooth mixture. Add the dressing to the salad mixture and mix well.
