Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Peach Salad Recipe

  • Chicken breasts , grilled 2

  • Peaches , halved, seeded and cut into wedges 2-3

  • Moong sprouts 1/2 cup

  • Moth sprouts 1//2 cup

  • Baby spinach leaves 10-12

  • White onion sliced, 1 medium

  • Dressing

  • Dijon mustard paste 2-3 teaspoons

  • Mixed herbs fresh, chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon

  • Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons


Step 1

Put grilled chicken breasts in a bowl and shred. Add peaches, sprouted green gram, sprouted moth, baby spinach leaves and onion.

Step 2

To prepare dressing, take Dijon mustard paste in a jar, add fresh mixed herbs, salt, chilli flakes, pepper powder, vinegar and olive oil and blend with an electric hand blender into a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Add the dressing to the salad mixture and mix well.

Step 4

Transfer the salad into a serving platter and serve immediately.
