By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Large mixed capsicums (bell peppers) Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers - SK Khazana 1 cup Chicken mince 4 Large mixed capsicums (bell peppers) 1 tablespoon Oil 3-4 Spring onion bulbs chopped 1 Medium tomato finely chopped 1 teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon Mixed dried herbs to taste Black pepper powder 2 tablespoons Green capsicum finely chopped 1 cup Processed cheese grated 4 Cheese slices Method Preheat oven to 180º C. Cut the top portion of bell peppers and scoop out the seeds to make cups. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add spring onion bulbs and sauté till translucent. Add tomato, mix well and cook till it turns soft and pulpy. Add paprika, mixed herbs, pepper powder and salt and mix well. Add chicken mince and mix. Add some water and mix. Add capsicum, mix well, cover and cook till fully done. Add grated cheese and mix well. Stuff the prepared chicken mixture into bell pepper cups and top each with a cheese slice. Place the stuffed bell peppers on a baking tray, put tray in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
