Chicken Tikka Lasagna Spicy chicken tikka mixture layered between lasagna sheets and baked till perfection This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken tikka, Lasagne sheets Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Tikka Lasagna 250 grams Chicken tikka , chopped 6 Lasagne sheets 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1 tablespoon Garlic , chopped 1 1/2 cups Tomatoes , blanched and chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves , chopped 1 cup White sauce 3-4 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese , grated Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till the raw smells disappear. Add tomatoes, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken tikka, red chilli flakes and 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Put some chicken tikka mixture in a glass baking dish. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons white sauce and place 2 lasagna sheets over it. Repeat these layers twice ending with chicken mixture. Drizzle the remaining white sauce over. Sprinkle ½ tablespoon coriander leaves and spread mozzarella cheese on top. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
