By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken Tikka, Cooked rice Cuisine Indian Course Rice Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Tikka Tawa Pulao 250 grams Chicken Tikka readymade 3 cups Cooked rice 2-3 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds ¼ cup Tomato puree 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli paste 1 teaspoon Pav bhaji masala ½ medium Green capsicum chopped 2-3 tablespoons Green peas 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt Method Roughly chop chicken tikka and transfer into a bowl. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and onion and sauté till onion turns golden. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix well and sauté for 30 seconds. Add tomato puree and red chili paste, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add pav bhaji masala, capsicum, green peas, coriander leaves and salt and mix well. Add 3-4 tablespoons water, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add rice and mix well. Add chicken tikka, mix and cook for 1 minute.
