This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Aug 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Chicken Mince, Fresh spinach leaves Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken and Spinach Sliders 1 1/2 cup Chicken Mince 16-20 Fresh spinach leaves 8 teaspoon Brown burger buns 1 tablespoon Garlic crushed 6-8 Pickled jalapenos roughly chopped to taste Salt 1/4 cup White sesame seeds toasted 2 tablespoons Oil 4 tablespoons Hung yogurt to garnish Alfalfa sprouts Advertisment Method Roughly chop spinach leaves and put in a mixer jar, add chicken mince, garlic, pickled jalapenos and salt and grind. Add toasted sesame seeds and grind again to a coarse paste. Slit burger buns into halves. Toast the buns in a non-stick pan. Dampen your palms in water and divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, shape each into a ball and flatten to make tikkis. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add 4 tikkis and, turning sides, till equally golden and crisp on both sides. Cook the remaining tikkis similarly. Take hung yogurt in a bowl, add salt and mix well. Spread some yogurt mixture on each burger bun base half, place a tikki in center, top with some more yogurt mixture and alfalfa sprouts and serve immediately.
