Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the spring onion bulbs, chicken pieces and soy sauce, mix well and saute for 1 minute. Add oyster sauce and schezwan chutney, mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Add sugar and vinegar, mix well and cook till chicken is completely done. Chop spring onion greens and put into a bowl. Put the chicken into this bowl, sprinkle 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds, crush the fried noodles and add and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle remaining white sesame seeds and serve hot.
