By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Raw corn flakes, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Corn chivda-SK Khazana 2 cups Raw corn flakes for deep-frying Oil 1/4 cup Raw peanuts 10-15 Dry coconut (khopra) slices 2 tablespoons Black raisins 10-15 Curry leaves to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Powdered sugar Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, slide the raw corn flakes and deep fry till they expand, become golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. In the same hot oil, deep fry peanuts till crisp and crunchy. Drain on an absorbent paper. Deep fry coconut slices till crisp and crunchy. Drain on the absorbent paper. Deep fry raisins till they puff up, drain on an absorbent paper. Add curry leaves and deep fry till crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. In a large bowl, add fried corn flakes, peanuts, curry leaves, dried coconut, and raisins. Sprinkle salt, and sugar, and mix well.
