By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless lamb, Sesame seeds (til) Cuisine Fusion, , , , Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Crisp Sesame Lamb 350 grams Boneless lamb strips for garnishing Sesame seeds (til) 5 teaspoons + 4 tablespoons Rice flour 6 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 teaspoon Ginger chopped 2 teaspoons Garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon Fresh parsley chopped to deep fry Oil 2 teaspoons + for coating Bread crumbs Method Take rice flour in a bowl. Add cornflour, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Take lamb strips in another bowl. Add ginger, garlic, salt, crushed peppercorns and 3 teaspoons sesame seeds and mix well. Add flour mixture and mix well. Add parsley and mix again. Add 2 teaspoons oil and mix well. Set aside. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and the remaining sesame seeds and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Coat the lamb pieces in the breadcrumb mixture, dust off the excess and deep-fry in hot oil on medium heat till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
